FROG Truck Dispatch app for iPhone and iPad

FROG Incs Truck Dispatch offers a complete set of features for real-time deliveries, service calls, and store transfers. Provides a professional experience between your drivers and customers to ensure your customers are receiving the top notch service they desire. Paired with the FROG, Inc routing module, this application gives you real-time visibility of all your deliveries each and every day.

Our model is no different than many other apps in your app store in that it requires our back end software to be fully functional. Anyone in the United States can use our software. Similar modals are used by Wodify and DispatchTrack.

- Who is the target audience?
This app is meant for our customers who already use our Furniture Retail POS software. Specifically, it is for their employed truck drivers who handle deliveries. This app will allow the drivers to finalize their stops in real-time and note any issues that arise with text and photos. In most cases, the phones the drivers use are company issued phones.

- How do users obtain an account?
Users must be a current customer of FROG, Inc. Our customers who wish to use this app will need to contact us to get an app account for their system.

- Is this app meant for internal distribution in your own company, in the company of one target client, or in multiple target clients’ companies?
It is meant for internal distribution within all of our client companies. Our clients/customers run their retail business with our software. This app will hook to their business only.

- In which countries will this app primarily be distributed?
Only the United States.

- If this app is meant for internal distribution, will the app be accessible by both internal and external partners? Or will it be exclusive to in-house employees?
Mainly exclusive to in-house employees except for those who use outside delivery contractors.
